摘　　要：探讨了"知识地图"的起源及其定义,指出"知识地图"的实质就是一个系统软件,介绍了知识地图在参考咨询服务中的应用。This paper probes mainly into the origins and definition of “Knowledge Map”, points out that the substance of “Knowledge Map” is the system software, and introduces the application of “Knowledge Map” in reference services.
