摘　　要：在数字电路系统的调试、分析过程中,逻辑分析仪发挥着极为重要的作用。能否合理选择测试点及设置触发条件,直接关系到所获得的测试数据的有效性,影响对问题的分析和解决。本文研究和探讨了当逻辑分析仪作为逻辑状态分析仪在分析软件的运行时设置触发字和触发序列的方法以及作为逻辑定时分析仪在分析电路信号时设置毛刺触发和触发滤波的方法,这些方法的灵活运用将充分发挥逻辑分析仪在数据域测试中的功能,提高数字系统的研制和测试效率。In debugging and analyzing of digital circuit system, logic analyzer is the most important instrument. However, logic analyzers don＇t work like magic,you must connect it to the right signals and establish the right triggers to obtain the information you need for debugging. This paper particularizes the methods of how to setup trigger word and trigger sequence as a logic state analyzer when analyzing the running of software, and of how to setup glitch trigger and trigger filter as a logic timing analyzer when analyzing signals in circuit. The suitable use of these methods will increase the function of LA in data domain testing and the efficiency of research and testing of digital circuit system.
