摘 要:目的 观察术中静脉应用CD45mAb及供体脾细胞对移植心脏生存时间的影响。方法 建立大鼠异位心脏移植模型。术中静脉应用CD45mAb及供体脾细胞。结果 用CD45mAb组移植心脏生存时间较未用药组有明显延长(P=0.006〈0.05)。CD45mAb+供体脾细胞组移植心脏的生存时间与单独应用CD45mAb组没有明显差异(P=0.855〉0.05),但比单独用脾细胞组(P=0.008,〈0.05)和未用药组有明显延长(P=0.009,〈0.05)。结论 术中静脉应用CD45mAb及联合应用供体脾细胞均可延长移植心脏存活时间;单独应用供体脾细胞不能延长移植心脏的生存时间。Objective To observe the heart allografts survival time after administration of immunosuppressive agents CD45mAb or associated with donor splenocytes on the time of operation. Methods A simplified heterotopic rat heart transplantation model was established and the CD45mAb ( 1 mg/kg) were vein injected or asseeiated with donor splenoeytes ( 1 × 10^9 cells/100g). Results In using CD45mAb group, the average of the survival of heart allograft have a significant difference compared with those of the no therapy group ( P = 0. 006 〈 0.05 ). In using CD45mAb + donor splenoeytes group, the average survival of heart allagrafts have no significant difference with those of using CD45 mAb alone ( P = 0. 855 〉 0.05 ), and much longer than those of using donor splenocytes group ( P = 0. 008 〈 0.05 ) and no therapy group ( P = 0. 009 〈 0.05 ). Coulusion The findings demonstrate that a single injection of CD45mAb in rat can induce stable long - term acceptance of heart allografts. The donor splenocytes vein injection alone can not prolong the survival time of heart allagrafts.
