摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备Zr/Si-Al复合氧化物载体,研究了各工艺参数及表面活性剂对载体物性的影响。实验结果表明,pH和表面活性剂是影响载体物性的主要因素,而温度对载体孔结构影响不大。通过调整锆组分和表面活性剂的加入量可获得适宜孔分布和酸性的载体,实现载体物性可控化。Zr/Si-Al composite oxide support was prepared by co-precipitation method. Effects of precipitation condition and surfactants on surface area, pore size distribution and acidity of the support were investigated. The results showed that pH and surfactants were the main influential factors on properties of the support; reaction temperature had little influence. Appropriate pore distribution and acidity can be obtained through adjusting the dosage of zirconium and surfactants.
