摘　　要：从经费、管理、服务、人才的角度分析了我国公共图书馆在发展过程中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了促进公共图书馆健康发展的对策。This paper analyzes on the main problems existing in the developing process of Chinese public library from the angles of the fund, management, service and talents, and based on this, advances some countermeasures for promoting the healthy development of the public library.
