摘　　要：面对高校教师阅览室利用率不高的现状,从服务态度、服务技能和满足读者要求三方面探讨了如何为高校教师提供优质服务。In the light of the present situation of low utilization ratio of reading room for university teachers, this paper probes into how to provide the high-quality service in reading room for university teachers from three aspects of the service attitude, service skill and meeting the needs of readers.
