摘　　要：医院人事档案的管理与应用是医院建设和发展的重要基础性工作,如何利用计算机和信息网络技术建立人事档案管理系统达到运用现代科学技术理论、方法、手段使人事档案管理科学化、制度化、规范化、标准化,从而对人员的素质状况、人才结构等进行及时准确的分析,为人才的预测提供各种数据,为领导者制定相关政策提供科学依据,是当今医院档案管理工作的重要课题。The management and application of the hospital personnel archives is an important fundamental work for the construction and development of the hospital, and how to utilize the computer technology and network technology to establish the personnel archives management system and how to realize the scientificness, institutionalization and standardization of the personnel archives management by suing the theories, methods and means for the purposes of the timely and accurate analysis on the personnel quality and talents structure, providing various prediction, and providing the scientific foundation to the leaders to work out some relative policies, subject for today＇ s hospital archives management. making data for the talents this is an important
