摘　　要：为了应对日益恶化的全球环境,减少尾气排放,减轻整车重量,降低加工能耗成为汽车制造的重要技术指标。在实现整车轻量化的同时,还要保证具有足够的强度,可靠的安全性能。而塑性成形新技术为这种汽车制造提供了有效的技术保障。本文重点介绍国外汽车制造业中塑性成形新技术的运用情况。Dealing with the global environmental degradation, decreasing the exhaust gas,making the weight of vehicles light,and reducing energy consumption to be an important technical-standards of the automobiles manufacture industry. While the vehicles'weights are lighted,enough intensity and credible safety should be guaranteed.The new technology of plasticity forming provides effective technical guarantees for automobile manufacture.This paper mainly introduces the application of plasticity forming in automobile manufacture industry at abroad.
