摘　　要：目的 探讨重度内侧副韧带损伤采用半腱肌、半膜肌远端肌腱纵向1/2移位加强膝关节内侧副韧带治疗的效果.方法 对16例内侧副韧带重度断裂伤采取手术治疗,按解剖对合内侧副韧带直接缝合,纵向1/2半腱肌肌腱移位并用双U形钉固定在股骨髁.术后随访4月至3年,平均25个月,对所有患者按Lysholm评分法进行评分,并与术前比较.结果 按Lysholm评分法评分,16例患者中,＞90分3例,70～90分10例,50～69分3例,平均78分,与术前比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 半腱肌、半膜肌远端肌腱纵向1/2移位加强膝关节内侧副韧带治疗内侧副韧带损伤,疗效确切、可靠,符合生理学固定理念,有很好的推广价值.Objective To explore the treatment of medial collateral ligament rupture with 1/2 tendon transfer of semitendinosus and semimembranosus. Methods 16 cases received 1/2 tendon transfer of semitendoinosus and fixation on the condyle of femur with U-shaped pegs： The follow-up surveys lasted 4 months to 3 years （the mean being 25 months） and Lysholm evaluations were made to compare the clinical effects. Results Of the 16 patients,3 cases scored over 90%, 10 scored between 70% -90% and 3 scored between 50% -69% （the mean being 78）. There existed significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative situations （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion 1/2 tendon transfer of semiteninosus and semimembranosus can produce good curative effects and deserves to be widely used.
