摘  要:采用煤系高岭土、滑石、镁砂为原料合成堇青石,主要探讨了添加剂对合成堇青石的性能影响。通过X-Ray衍射(XRD)分析,用K值法求算合成堇青石矿物相含量,在保证矿物相含量的前提下,探讨添加剂对热膨胀系数的影响。研究结果表明:添加剂的使用均能降低合成堇青石的热膨胀系数,不加添加剂的热膨胀系数为2.04×10-6/℃(20~1100℃);加入碳酸钡热膨胀系数为α=1.84×10-6/℃(20~1100℃);加入碳酸锂热膨胀系数为α=1.86×10-6/℃(20~1100℃)。In experiment, raw materials including kaolinite in coal, talcum and magnesia were used to synthesize cordierite. The influence of additives on the properties of synthetic cordierite was investigated. The composition of the cordierite was analysed by XRD, and then its mineral content was calculated by K-value method. The influence of additives on thermal expansion coefficient was discussed on condition of proper mineral content, and the investigative results were acquired: the inflatable coefficient was reduced by applying the additive, and the inflatable quotient is 2.04×10^-6/℃ (20~1100℃)if the additive is not applied; the inflatable quotient was decreased to α=1.84×10^-6/℃(20-1100℃)through the addition of barium carbonate, but it was decreased to α=1.86×10^-6/℃(20~1100℃)by the addition of lithium carbonate.
