摘　　要：概述了球磨机湿法制备超细硅酸锆的生产线,对该生产线球磨各项工艺参数的确定进行了详细的阐述。生产实践证明,该生产线工艺设计合理、设备性能优良、生产成本低,生产的超细硅酸锆达到了国内高档陶瓷釉料乳浊剂所要求的质量品级。This paper outlined the production line for wet preparation of ultrafine silicious zirconium by ball mill and detailedly expounded how to determine process parameters of ball mill for the production line. The productive practice has shown that for this production line, the process design is reasonable,the performance of the equipment good,the production cost low,and the produced superfine zirconium silicate powder up to the quality grade required for the emulsifying agent of glaze used for high-grade ceramics in China.
