摘　　要：目的如何规范管理发热门诊工作流程及具体实施方法。方法对发热患者进行隔离诊治,制定发热门诊的具体工作流程,并实施科学性与人性结合的规范管理。结果充分保证人民群众的常见病和多发病的医疗需要,对发热患者隔离诊治,及时排查传染性疾病,早期诊断,及时转院治疗。结论所制定的发热门诊工作流程,实施三年六个月,经历了"SARS"流行期、人感染猪链球菌病、高致病性人禽流感监控期,表明可行,效果良好。既确保了发热门诊这一预防、预警机构排查传染性疾病任务的顺利进行,又体现了科学性与人性结合的规范管理。Objective To regulate the management of fever outpatients. Methods To establish working procedure of the outpatient. Results Fully meeting the general public＇s demand for the treatment of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases. By providing isolated treatment to Fever patients, to efficiently identify infectious diseases, make diagnoses at the early stage and give appropriate inpatient treatment. Conclusion The working procedure in the fever outpatient has been established and implemented for three and a half years. During the time, it has been tested by the SARS epidemic, human infections in Streptococcus suis serotype and the surveillance period for the human infection of Avian Flu, and proved to be effective. It guaranteed the fever outpatient to fulfill its functons of prevnting, forewarning and investaing into infectious diseases. Meanwhile, it combines the scientific and human-oriented nature of management regulation.
