摘 要:本实验采用23.5mGy照射剂量、每周一次,三个月后,胸腺百克体重指数比对照组明显增加,脾脏RNA水平和骨髓细胞微核发生率有增加的趋势,但均无统计学显著性;组织形态学观察,胸腺髓质扩大,其他脏器未见变化。结果提示,低剂量辐射对机体免疫器官有剌激作用,对细胞遗传性有产生影响的趋势,因此,对接触放射性物质的人员有必要从营养的角度减少辐射对机体正常代谢的影响。30 male Wistar rats were randomly alloted to two groups. The experimental rats were once a week subjected to whole body 137 Cs-irradiation with dose of 23.5mGy for 3 months, and the total irradiated dose was 280mGy. The control group was raised normally. The effect of low dose irradiaton on viscera and bone marrow micronuclei was observed. The results showed that the weight of thymus was remarkably higher than that of the control.As compared with control group the level of RNA in spleen and the quantity of bone marrow micronuclei increased, but all of these changes did not have any statistical significance.The observation on histology showed the medulla in thymus was a little increased, but no change in other viscera. The results suggested that the immune organ was stimulated and genetic function was influenced following low dose irradiation. Thus the person should increase the mutritional supplement,to protect against the effect of irradiation on metabolism.
