摘  要:对Coolmax导湿快干针织物进行染色试验,重点探讨染色温度对Coolmax纤维针织物染色性能的影响。结果表明,相同染色条件下,Coolmax异形截面纤维的得色量比普通涤纶纤维浅,呈浅色效应;纤维的截面形状对染色性能有较大的影响,“十”字形比“C-O”形的浅色效应更加明显;Coolmax导湿快干纤维在120℃和130℃染色30 min后,其最高上染量基本一致,但130℃染色时两种不同截面纤维得色K/S值相差较大;Coolmax新型聚酯纤维的深染性能较差。Dyeing process of Coolmax knits was carried out, effects of temperature on dyeing behaviors of the knits were discussed in particular, It was found that under the same dyeing conditions, color yield on Coolmax fiber was much less than that on the common polyester fiber, which meant blue shift occurred on Coolmax fiber, The shape of cross section of Coolmax fiber exerted a big influence on the dyeing properties, the filament with "+" shape had more hypsochromic effect than that with "C-O" shape. The highest color yield of Coolmax fiber dyed at 120℃ for 30 minutes was similar to that dyed at 130℃ for the same period, and when dyeing process was carried out at 130℃,K/S value of two fibers with different cross section had big difference, The deep dyeing of Coolmax fiber was poor.
