摘　　要：纯棉纱线烧毛需考虑纱线的损耗,以保证纱支符合设计要求;丝光工艺则应注意碱液浓度、温度、浸碱时间和丝光张力等因素对丝光品质的影响;通过优化丝光和染色工艺条件,举例说明操作过程中的注意事项。Singeing and mercerization of cotton yarns are introduced, factors exerting influence on mercerizing quality are discussed, such as caustic soda concentration, temperature, immersion time, as well as tension. The conditions of mercerization and dyeing are optimized, matters needing attention in operation are put forward. Practical application shows that high quality of cotton yarns can be assured if process is carried out according to the requirements strictly and appropriate management is implemented.
