摘　　要：黄宗羲把君主及官员当作政治上的监督对象而严加防范,他把思考的重心从儒家传统的规劝君主及官员进行内在的心性修养,转向了以外在的制度对君主及官员的权力进行制约,提出了以"宰相"制制约君主权力、以"学校"制制约行政权力、以"方镇"制制约中央权力的政治制度构想,并认识到了政治力量对制度的支撑作用。Huang Zongxi regards the prince and the official as political supervised objects, he advocates restricting their powers by the systems. He Suggests to restrict the power of prince by the system of prime minister, restrict the power of administration by the system of school, and restrict the power of center by the system of commanderies.He realizes that the political force can offer support for the system.
