摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)在血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中的表达。方法分离人脐带中的脐静脉和脐动脉,冰冻切片后以免疫荧光法检测VEGFR-3的表达。结果VEGFR-3荧光信号表达于脐静脉内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞,以及脐动脉内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和外周细胞。结论血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞均表达VEGFR-3。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3 in vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells. Methods VEGFR-3 in human umbilical cord vein and artery was demonstrated by immmunofluorescece. Results Signals for VEGFR-3 were strongly detected in endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells of human umbilical cord vein and artery. Furthermore, VEGFR-3 was also detected in pericytes of artery. Conclusion VEGFR- 3 was expressed by endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells.
