摘　　要：目的探讨应用比目鱼肌肌瓣修复小腿软组织缺损合并骨外露的临床价值。方法用比目鱼肌肌瓣修复小腿软组织缺损合并骨外露临床应用5例。结果4例术后肌瓣全部存活,其中1例肌瓣远端边缘部分坏死,经换药处理后创面完全愈合。结论应用比目鱼肌肌瓣修复小腿软组织缺损合并骨外露是一种较为有效的手术方法。Objective To observe the value of soleus muscle flap repairing the wound surface with the bone leaked out on the crus. Methods 5cases with soft tissue defected and bone leaked out on the crus were treated with the soleus muscle flap.The largest areas of the soft tissue defected and bone leaked out was 8cm×4cm. Results 4cases were alive after operation ,and the far soleus muscle flap was died,but afterchange drag ,the left wound face was treated. Conclusion It is a good method to use soleus muscle flap to repair soft tissue defected and bone leaked out on the crus.,because the croin flap can be obtain conveniently and keeps sufficient blood-supply .
