摘  要:用HRP逆行追踪法和顺行溃变相结合的电镜技术对大鼠大脑皮质-外侧网状核-小脑投射以及两组投射在外侧网状核的突触联系进行观察,结果:在外侧网状核吻端观察到小型电子致密型溃变前囊,内以圆形清亮小泡为主,溃变前囊多与树突形成连结;同时观察到大量HRP逆标神经元胞体和树突,肯定了皮质-外侧网状核投射和外侧网状核-小脑投射.其中部分演变前囊与HRP逆标神经元树突形成非对称型(GrayⅠ型)轴-树突触,即两组投射在外侧网状核内存在单突触连结,从超微结构水平确定了皮质-外侧网状核-小脑通路的存在,为其功能研究提供了形态学依据.The synaptic relationship between the lateral reticular nucleus (LRN) from cerebral cortex and the LRN neurons projecting to the cerebellum in rats was examined at the cellular level after lesion of sensorimotor regions by means of electrocoagulation of cerebral cortex and injection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) into the cerebellar cortex. The results revealed that the electron dense degenerated terminals were small, which contained agranular spherical vesicles, and occasionally pleomorphic and dense core vesicles. Some of degenerating axonal terminals synapsed on the dendrites labelled by HRP in the rostral LRN. The results demonstrated that the cereralcor-tex projected to LRN, LRN projected to the cerebellum and the two projections relayed at LRN, thus forming a cortico-LRN-cerebellar pathway at the ultrastructural level.
