摘  要:用可模拟生理及超生理切应力的平行板模拟循环流动装置进行实验,发现模拟生理脉动切应力(56.25,19.29dyne/cm^2)及超生理脉动切应力(385.71dyne/cm^2)均可使培养人脐静脉内皮细胞沿液体流动方向伸长.采用计算机半自动图像分析系统半定量处理,进一步发现内皮细胞伸长程度与切应力大小及作用时间呈正相关,并且,模拟超生理切应力对内皮细胞形态的影响较生理脉动切应力大.该研究为进一步探讨切应力在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用机理打下了基础.In our study, the parallel plate flow-loading apparatus was used to imitate the physiological or superphysiological pulsatile shear stress. We found that physiological shear stress (56.23. 19.29 dynes/cm2) and super-physiological shear stress (385.71 dynes cm2) could cause the endothelial cells of the cultured human umbilical vein to elongate along the flow direction. The computer semiauto image analysis showed that the elongation of the endothelial cells were proportional to the level of pulstaile shear stress and the time of shear stress acting on the cells, and that the effect of super-physiological pulsatile shear stress on the morphology of the endothelial cells was greater than that of physiological pulsatile shear stress.
