摘　　要：目的:观察口服微生态制剂双歧三联活菌胶囊(双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、肠球菌三联活菌)辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及安全性。方法:溃疡性结肠炎82例随机分成试验组及对照组,试验组男性24例,女性17例,平均年龄(43±s7)a;对照组男性23例,女性18例,平均(42±6)a。对照组采用常规治疗,而试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用双歧三联活菌胶囊。比较2组治疗前及治疗2mo后病人的临床症状评分、结肠黏膜的炎症评分。结果:2组治疗前临床症状评分、结肠黏膜的炎症评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗2mo后2组临床症状评分、结肠黏膜炎症评分均有明显减轻(P<0.01),但试验组临床症状、结肠黏膜炎症改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组共5例出现白细胞下降,未出现其他不良反应。结论:双歧三联活菌胶囊辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎是安全,有效的。AIM- To study the adjuvant curative effect of BIFICO （lives combined of bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules） on ulcerative colitis with evaluation of safety and curative effect. METHODS： Eighty-two patients with ulcerative colitis were randomized into the experiment group and the con- trol group with 41 patients in each group. Twenty-four males and 17 females with average age of （43 ± s 7） a were treated by BIFICO in experiment group; another 23 males and 18 females with average age of （42±6） were under routine care. The clinical symptom score and colon mucosa inflammation score were calculated and compared between the two groups before the treatment and two months after treatment. RESULTS： The clinical symptom score and colon mucosa inflammation score demonstrated no significant difference between the two groups before the treatment （P 〉 0.05）, but showed significant improvement two months after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, especially more obvious in the experiment group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Altogether 5 patients in both groups suffered from decrease of WBC （leucocyte） but without other adverse reactions. CONCLUSION： BIFICO is safe and effective for adjuvant treatment of ulcerative colitis.
