枣仁安神胶囊辅助治疗脑卒中后抑郁症

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨帕罗西汀辅以枣仁安神胶囊治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:选择脑卒中后抑郁症62例,随机分为对照组30例,用帕罗西汀,1天20mg,早晨顿服。观察组32例,除服用帕罗西汀外,加服枣仁安神胶囊5粒,每天睡前服,疗程4周。分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4周进行HAMA、HAMD、睡眠障碍评分。结果:观察组于治疗后第1周即获得HAMA、HAMD、睡眠障碍减分,与治疗前比较,P<0.05;对照组HAMA于第4周获得减分,第2周获得HAMD、睡眠障碍减分。结论:帕罗西汀辅以枣仁安神胶囊较单用帕罗西汀起效更快,且能明显改善睡眠状态,对脑卒中后抑郁症的治疗有一定疗效。Objective：To investigate the effect of Paroxetine combined with Zaorenanshen capsule on treating post-stroke depressive disorder. Methods：62 cases of post-stroke depressive disorder were randomly divided into the contrast group （30 cases） and the observation group （32 cases）. The contrast group was treated by paroxetine with 20mg every morning. The treatment group was treated additionally by 5 grains of Zaorenanshen capsule before sleeping every day. The period of therapy was 4 weeks. The scores of HAMA, HAMD and sleep disorder were evaluated at the 1st, 2nd, and 4th week after therapy respectively. Results： In the observation group the scores of HAMA, HAMD and sleep disorder were decreased after one week＇s therapy（ P 〈 0.05） compared with that before therapy. In the contrast group the scores of HAMD and sleep disorder were decreased after two weeks＇therapy and the score of HAMA decreased after 4 weeks＇therapy. Conclusion：The treatment of paroxetine combined with Zaorenanshen capsule has quicker effect than that of paroxetine only, which can improve the sleep status and has curative effect on treating post-stroke depressive disorder.
