生脉饮对肺结核患者细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生脉饮对肺结核患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:检测48例生脉饮和抗痨药联合治疗的肺结核患者的血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6),及T淋巴细胞亚群,并与48例单纯抗痨药治疗的患者及正常人进行临床对照。结果:肺结核患者与正常人比较,细胞免疫功能低下;治疗1个月后,生脉饮组的细胞免疫功能明显增高,与化疗组比较,差异有显著性意义;与正常对照组比较差异无显著性意义;治疗1个月时痰中结核菌阴转率,生脉饮组比单纯化疗组高,但2个月时无明显差异。结论:生脉饮有提高肺结核患者细胞免疫功能和加快痰中结核菌转阴的作用。Objective：To obverse the effect of Shengmai drink on the cellular immune function of phthisic. Methods：48 cases of phthisic were treated by Shengmai drink combined with other anti-phthisic medicine. IL-2, IL-6 in blood serum and T lymphocyte subsets were observed and compared with those of 48 cases treated by anti-phthisic medicine only and healthy body. Results： The cell immune function of phthisic was lower than that of healthy body. The cellular immune function was obviously improved after one month＇s therapy by Shengmai drink. The difference between cases treated by Shengmai drink and by chemical therapy had significant meaning. The difference between cases treated by Shengmai drink and by anti-phthisic medicine had no significant meaning. After one month＇s therapy the ratio of tubercle bacillus in sputum turning to negative in cases treated by Shengmai drink was higher than that in cases treated by chemical therapy. There was no obvious difference after two months＇therapy. Conclusion：Treatment by Shengmai drink can improve the cellular immune function of phthisic and increase the speed of the tubercle bacillus in sputum turning to negative.
