板栗膏药病与品种及树皮内含物的关系

摘  要:对板栗膏药病与品种、树皮主要营养成分、糖含量、氨基酸种类及其含量之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,在所调查的5个品种中,病情指数二水早>蜜蜂球>叶里藏>大红袍>粘地板。在树皮内含物中,糖含量与病情指数呈正相关;B元素与病情指数呈负相关;N、P、K含量为最感病的二水早高于最抗病的粘地板,但与病情为中间类型的品种关系不明显;氨基酸与病情指数存在一定的相关性,如抗病品种粘地板氨基酸种类和总含量在5个品种中均为最高,尤其精氨酸高达367.1 mg.kg-1,远远高于其他品种。In this paper, relationship between Septobasidium felts and varieties of Castanea mollissima was investigated, and the contents of nutrient, sugar, amino acids in bark of the trees were analyzed. The results show that the order of disease index of the five varieties is Ershuizao 〉 Mifengqiu 〉 Yelicang 〉 Dahongpao 〉 Zhandiban. In the interior substance of the barks, the content of sugar is positive and B is negative with disease index ; the contents of the N, P and K are the highest in Ershuizao( the highestly-susceptible), the lowest in Zhandiban (the highestly-resistance) and irregular in other three varieties (middle-susceptible). The kinds and total contents of amino acids of the bark in Zhandiban are the richest among the five varieties. Among which, the content of arginine, is up to 367.1 mg·kg^- 1 and far surpass others.
