滁州市土地利用变化驱动力及对策研究

摘　　要：土地利用变化是全球变化研究的核心与热点问题,驱动力研究则是土地利用变化研究的难点和重点。本文以安徽省滁州市为例,在分析其土地利用动态变化特征的基础上,对影响滁州市土地利用变化的驱动因子进行了定性分析和定量验证。研究表明,影响滁州市土地利用变化的主要社会经济因子是固定资产投资、农业生产技术、人口尤其是农业人口及经济利益。同时建立了土地利用变化驱动机制模型,并提出土地资源可持续利用的相应对策。Land use change is the starting point for the study of natural human relations to global changes. With the case of Chuzhou city in Anhui Province and based on an analysis on its developing characteristics of land use change, the paper made a qualitative analysis and a confirmation with quantificational method to driving forces affecting land use change of Chuzhou city. The results suggested that the driving forces of land use change land were investment in fixed asset, agricultural machinery gross power, population, especially agriculture population, and economic benefits. Based on the facts of Chuzhou city, the authors gave the countermeasures of land sustainable utilization to provide Scientific basis for government decision-making and land management.
