摘  要:以Keggin型硅钨酸为催化剂,均相催化合成丁二酸二丁酯,根据单因素实验结果得到的最佳反应条件是:醇酸物质的量比为1∶8,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.1%,在130℃,反应时间60 min的条件下,酯化率可达99.3%。Tungstosilicic acid was used as catalyst for the synthesis of dibutyl suceinate, the catalyst and product were characterized by IR spectroscopy. The optimum reaction conditions measured by a series of single factor tests were determined : the molar ratio of succinic acid to n - butanol was 1 : 8, the weight of catalyst was 1.1% of total weight, the reaction time was 60 rain and the reaction temperature was at 130℃ ,then the yield could reached 99.3%.
