摘 要:为探讨猴代替人进行头部创伤实验的合理性,用6具新鲜人尸和34只猴的颅骨进行了生物力学参数的对比研究,测量了颅骨的弹性模量、泊松比、极限强度和应力─应变等指标。获得了人与猴颅骨生物力学性质对比关系。结果表明,人与猴的颅骨在静态下的力学性能是相似的。人与猴间颅骨强度的差异约10%左右,猴略小。Animal experiments were commonly used for the study of human head neck region impacct injuries,but transition from animal experiment results to human body still remains a difficult problem. The purpose of this paper is to give the relationship between biomechanical behavior of skull in human and monkey.Biomechanical experiment on skull of 6 fresh cadavers and 34 monkeys were conducted.Elastic modulus Posson's ratio,ultimate strength and stress strain relationship of bone specimen from the skull were measured. The experimental results indicated that difference between the data for human and monkey skull were 10%, the strength of monkey skull was slightly smaller than humans.
