150例飞行员心电向量图分析

摘　　要：本研究检查了１５０例平均年龄３１±５岁健康飞行员的向量心电图。结果表明，受检飞行员的心电向量图各参数在临床诊断标准的正常值范围内，但有些指标是有差异的，这可能是飞行员心电向量图的特征。本结果所提供的心电向量图各参数（尤其是Ｐ环）比文献上要多，其各项数值对于飞行员的选拔和地面训练实时医监提供了诊断参考标准。healthy male pilots,aged 22～46 years (31±5)were examined with the HBD-ⅡA instrument. The results showed that vectorcardiogram(VCG) parameteres of pilots were within the normal value by clinical diagnosis standard of VCG, but some indexes of VCG appeared different from the normal people,these might be the characteristics of VCG of pilots. The present study provided some new parameteres of VCG such as P loop.The results of this study may be used for pilots selection and real-time medical monitoring for pilots on ground training.
