摘 要:应用井架仿真2000软件系统建立了80/29采油井架模型,进而利用仿真系统对其进行静力、动力特性和稳定性分析。通过计算机实显示现场和实验室都无法实现的多种复杂情况下井架参数变化过程。经过计算分析,井架承载时应力分布规律是:井架下体承载时的应力小于上体承载时的应力;井架最大应力位于缩口处的正背面横梁;仿真分析结果为井架设计人员修改设计方案、检测人员对在用采油井架现场检测提供科学依据。Using derrick simulation analysis 2000 system, 80/29 oil derrick model was established. Static characte- ristics, dynamic characteristics and stability were analyzed. Derrick parameter changes at many complicated situations were observed by computer, which was impossible in field or laboratory calculation results showed stress of derrick was smaller when bearing weight at the lower part of the body than that at the upper part, and the maximum stress distributed in positive and back crossbeams of necking site. Thus, those simulation analysis results can be used as scientific basis for derrick design staff to revise design and for detection staff to detect oil derrick in field.
