摘　　要：介绍了73 dtex/24 f高伸长低收缩细旦FDY开发生产工艺流程和工艺控制,对纺丝温度、纺丝速度、热管温度、侧吹风工艺等提出建议。该产品具有高伸长、低收缩、强度高、染色均匀,退绕性能优良的特性。The production technological process and process control of 73 dtex/24 f high elongation low shrinkage fine denier polyester FDY was introduced. The proposals on spinning temperature, spinning speed, thermal channel temperature, cross air blow were put forward. The FDY products have characteristics such as high elongation, low shrinkage, high tenacity , even dyeing and easy to unwinding.
