摘　　要：目的观察预存式输血在手术应用后患者的恢复情况,为自体输血的可行性提供依据。方法选择外科择期手术患者,采用自体输血,术前采血200～600mL,检测采血前后和回输后各项血液指标。结果输血前后病人各项指标无明显差异,并未出现任何不良反应。结论预存式输血实用、安全,有利于患者健康。Objective To Observe the restoration situation of patients undergoing autologous transfusion after operation in order to further warrant the feasibility ofautologous transfusion.Methods Patients who need time selecting operation were chosen to be the subjects. All subjects underwent autologous transfusion with blood volume of 200-600mL, and then, some haematological indexes were examined before and after transfusion.Results After autologous transfusion, all haematological indexes are not changed significantly compared to those before transfusion, and there is not any reverse effect.Conclustion Autologous transfusion is practical, safe and benefitial to the patients＇ health.
