摘　　要：绿色经济所蕴涵的注重环境保护和资源有效利用的理念是新农村建设中所必须遵循的。本文主要在绿色经济视野下,对当前新农村建设中发展绿色经济的必要性、障碍性因素及其动力源进行探究。What green economy contains pays attention to environmental protection and resources to make use of effectively of the principle have to follow in the building new countryside. This article mainly under the green economic visual field, research into the necessity, the obstacle factor and its motive source of development green economy in the building new countryside.
