摘　　要：建设节约型社会必须构建资源节约型消费结构。由于受到居民收入、产业结构、消费理念和政策等多种因素的影响,构建资源节约型消费结构需要消费者、企业和政府协力完成,通过倡导节约型消费理念和生活方式,配套资源节约型产业结构,制订资源节约型消费政策和运用创新型科学技术来实现。The construction of a Resource-preserving society has to construct the Resource-preserving consumption pattern. according to the influence of facts such as the residential income, the industrial structure, the expense idea and the policy and so on, The construction of a consumption pattern needs to unite efforts With the consumer, the enterprise and the government by advocating the save expense idea and the life style, matching with the Resource-preserving industrial structure and formulating the Resource-preserving expense policy and utilizes the innovation science and technology.
