摘　　要：高水平的教练员是篮球队的指导核心,其执教理念和能力决定着球队的发展和在联赛中的成绩,同时也决定着学校篮球队的生存和发展。运动员的水平和教练员的水平必须相适应,任何一方的滞后必定给发展带来不平衡。只有解决好运动队和教练员的均衡发展问题,才会使运动队的成绩得到提高。A high - level coach is the core of instructing a basketball team, because his ideas and abilities of training determine both his teams position in league and the existence and development of college basketball team. Basketball players＇overall level must be adapted to their coach＇s and the lagging of either side will bring unbalanced development. Only after realizing harmonious development between coach and his team can a better performance be achieved.
