摘　　要：目的为保证医患人员在手术部工作和就医安全,加强负压手术部管理,控制手术部运行中的污染水平,确保医疗安全。方法对北京市20所医院洁净手术部进行问卷调查和对5所三级甲等综合医院洁净手术部进行动、静态洁净度检测的基础上,参考国内外相关研究成果,多方征求意见,反复调研讨论。结果起草制定了《医院洁净手术部污染动态控制标准》作为北京市的地方标准。结论手术部动态洁净度与医疗安全密切相关,污染控制应提到议事日程。OBJECTIVE Through intensifying the management of the negative-pressure operating room and controlling the degree of the environment contamination during the operation, to ensure doctors and patients in operating room in safety. METHODS A retrospective questionnaire was performed for the spotless operation department in twenty hospitals in Beijing. The dynamic and static spotless degree monitoring was carried in five first class general hospitals, through studying the new references, collecting the opinion and discussing the project. RESULTS The Standard of Dynamic Control of the Contamination in Negative-pressure Operating Department was drafted as the local standard in Beijing. CONCLUSIONS There are significant relationship between the dynamic spotless degree in operating department. Control of contamination in negative-pressure operating room is urgent and important for us.
