摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在消毒供应室管理中的运用。方法运用风险管理理论,正确识别和评估可能存在的、潜在的风险因素,进行预防和控制,通过培训提高护士风险防范意识和能力,制定和完善各项规章制度,坚持“零缺陷”的管理理念,进行随时、实时监控,实行质量百分否决,并与奖惩挂钩,持续质量改进。结果强化了工作人员的风险意识,提高了责任心及质量意识,减少了缺陷的发生。结论风险管理与质量管理密不可分,通过风险管理有效降低风险隐患,为临床提供了高质量安全的消毒灭菌物品。OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of risk management in the practice of the sterilization supply department. METHODS Through the risk management theory to identify and evaluate the latent risk factor and achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling. To improve the awareness and ability of risk guarding among nurses by strengthening professional training and establish and perfect the regulations, we insisted on ＂zero fault＂ management idea and adopted irregular spot-checking and quality overruled system. We also bought the results into bonus-penalty system and continue for the quality improvement. RESULTS It strengthened the risk and quality cognition and the responsibility of the nurses and reduced the occurrences of the small defects and defaults, CONCLUSIONS The risk and quality management is binding with each other. Through the applications of risk management the most high quality sterilized goods are offered to our clinical practice due to the decreasing in risk factors.
