发热门诊抗菌药物使用分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院发热门诊抗菌药物的使用情况,分析其是否合理。方法通过发热门诊登记册、药房底方、化验数据记录,对医院2005年第4季度发热门诊患者使用抗菌药物情况进行回顾性统计分析。结果医院发热门诊在抗菌药物的选择、使用方法、联合用药等存在不合理的现象。结论发热门诊须加强抗菌药物合理使用的监督管理。OBJECTIVE To know the use of antibiotics in fever clinic of our hospital, and analyze whether it is reasonable. METHODS The situation was reviewed and analyzed that antibiotics were used for patients in fever clinic during the 4th quarter of 2005 by the doctor registry, original prescriptions, and data records of laboratory. RESULTS There were some unreadable aspects in the choice of antibiotics, the using method, drug combination etc in fever clinic of our hospital. CONCLUSIONS Fever clinic should enhance supervision management of the proper use of antibiotics.
