摘 要:实验是通过用棉籽油为原料,KOH做催化剂制备生物柴油的。用气相色谱分析方法,通过对反应温度、醇油摩尔比、催化剂的量等的研究得出反应的最佳条件:温度60℃、醇油摩尔比6∶1、KOH浓度为1.0%,转化率可达97.8%。通过对比实验,研究燃烧棉籽油制生物柴油和普通柴油对发动机动力性、经济性和排放特性的影响。Transesterification of cottonseed oil with methanol was carried out with KOH as catalyst. A study for optimizing the transesterification reaction conditions were performed, such as reaction temperature, the molar ratio of the oil to methanol, the amount of catalyst, and the selection of cosolvent. The optimization of the reaction was the molar ratio of 6:1 and 1,0% KOH (to oil) at 60℃. In this condition the conversion of the reaction could reached 97.8%. The analytical methods included gas chromatography and the determination of fat and oil conventional parameters. Their influences on output power, fuel consumption and emission characteristics of a turbocharged diesel engine when burning various fuels were studied through comparison.
