摘　　要：目的探讨支气管镜检查患者的健康知识需求情况。方法采用问卷调查法,内容包括支气管镜检查患者健康教育的内容和健康教育方式需求。结果支气管镜检查患者对健康教育知识普遍需求,问卷反馈的4个方面中,对检查相关知识的需求尤为重要,其次分别为疾病知识需求、检查环境需求和器械消毒知识需求。结论应根据不同个体及不同检查阶段,采取个体化教育和集中教育相结合的方法,以满足患者的需求。Objective To investigate patients＇ demands to health related knowledge about bronehoseopy. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate patients＇ demands to the contents and means of health education about bronehoseopy. Results The demands of health education was prevalent among patients with bronehoseopy. Among which,the information related to the process of bronehoseopy was ranked on the first,followed with disease related knowledge,environment of bronehoseopy, and knowledge about sterilization and disinfection of the appliance. Conclusions In order to satisfy patients demands, it is suggested to provide individualized health education integrated with group teaching and one -by- one teaching in different stage.
