摘 要:目的为使静脉药物配置中心工作运作更加规范,提高为临床服务的质量。方法通过对16个临床科室和配置中心的工作人员进行调查,分析静脉药物配置中心运作过程中存在的问题,并采取相应对策。结果对34份调查表进行归纳分析,存在的主要问题是:医嘱下达后配置时间较长、重复配制药物、遗漏配置药物、医嘱录入错误、临时医嘱核对困难等。结论通过对存在问题进行分析,实施相应对策后,静脉药物配置中心为临床合理用药提供了最佳的服务方式。Objective To standardize the run of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS) and improve the quality of service for clinical departments. Methods Based on the results of investigation on medical staff in 16 clinical departments and Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service ,the problems and difficulties were analyzed. Then, some improvement measures were proposed. Results The main problems were as the follows, such as delayed admix- ture ,repeated or omission of drugs, errors in the transcription of orders, difficulties in the checking of temporary orders. Conclusions This practice can ensure the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service to provide better service for clinical departments.
