摘　　要：工具是产品制造的重要资源,直接影响生产率和产品质量。在CIMS应用工程的工具管理系统的开发、集成的基础上,研究基于并行工程的工具管理系统,为制造企业实施并行工程工具管理系统提供实用模式。Tool is an important resource for product manufacture and rather relative to productivity and quality. A tool management system for CIMS has been developed and integrated, and on this basis a tool management system based on cocurrent engineering has been studied to provide a practical mode to manufacturers-companies.
