摘  要:在分析2BSF-4型种水同位施肥坐水播种机技术参数和工作原理的基础上,研究了种水同位穴播-间歇注水装置的工作过程和工作机理,研制了穴播装置同步信号发生器、间歇注水装置受信执行器。穴播排种过程中产生的同步信号传输给间歇注水装置并控制其动作,使两者频率相同,相位协调。配以活门机构,使水和种子同时落入播种开沟器后方的动态土壤空穴中,有效保障种、水同位,真正实现穴播、穴灌。在作业过程中,联合检测落种和注水情况,防止漏播和漏灌。By discussing the structure, working process and the key parts of 2BSF-4 irrigating-sowing machine, this paper analyzed the principle of irrigating-sowing mechanism. The sowing mechanism has a signal generator, and the irrigating mechanism has a signal actuator. The signal that emerged in seeding process is transmitted to the irrigating mechanism, and controls its action. The sowing mechanism and the irrigating mechanism can work in same rhythm and phase with this technique. The sowing mechanism, the irrigating mechanism and the valve, can make seed and irrigating water drop into the dynamic soil cavity which behind the plough. This technique can make seeds and water in same level. In working process, this machine can test seeds and water situation avoiding leakage sowing and leakage irrigating.
