摘　　要：针对铜川市的发展现状和深层矛盾,从长远来看,经济模式调整要着眼于构建循环经济场。将铜川市的各种资源——包括自然资源、经济资源、文化资源、历史资源等,全面纳入循环经济场,将循环经济模式融入城市发展的整体规划之中,将可持续发展作为城市发展的长期目标,进而综合平衡建构一种以循环为核心内涵的场态经济体。构建铜川市循环经济场的关键是,整体统筹规划、分层面推进,通过培育多样化的产业群,增强城市的抗风险能力;全面开发城市资源;建立全方位的标准体系,改变以往单纯的经济效益取向。煤电铝联产工程、特色产业集群、引教入市等方面,有希望培育成为铜川市循环经济场的特色场元,从而带动铜川市的整体发展。Aiming at the actuality and deep conflict of Tongchuan, the field of Cyclic Economics should be constructed. All kinds of resources, including natural resources, economic resources, culture resources and also historic resources should be involved in; the mode of Cyclic Economics should be infused into the whole plan of the city, and the Sustainable Development must be taken as a long-term project, in order to construct an balanced field of Cyclic Economics. The key to construct the Field of Cyclic Economics of Tongchuan is to making overall plans and take all factors into consideration. Variety of industry should be brought up, take all kinds of resources into consideration and make use of them, all-sided standard should be established. There into, the Cyclic Economics is the core of the field, which named nucleus of base; while the industry cluster act as the element of the Field of Cyclic Economics, they have the relationship of competition and collaborate; while the chain of industrial which based on the Cyclic Economics equal to the field line. In Tongchuan, the field elements including projection of unite work of coal electricity aluminum, the characteristic project, and import education resource into the city is the necessary point to construct the core of the Field of Cyclic Economics of Tongchuan.
