输尿管镜下双频双脉冲激光治疗输尿管结石110例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察输尿管镜下双频双脉冲激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法在输尿管镜下采用双频双脉冲激光碎石治疗输尿管结石110例,观察术后碎石效果。结果输尿管结石碎石成功率为96.3%(106/110),其中上段成功率为91.3%(21/23),中段为98%(50/51),下段为97.2%(35/36)。平均手术时间38min。无榆尿管穿孔、撕脱、大出血、脓肾等并发症。结论双频双脉冲激光碎石手术时间短、对软组织损伤小、术后并发症少,是一种功能单一、安全有效的碎石方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transureteroscopic frequency-doubled double pulse laser for ureteral calculi. Methods 110 cases of ureteral calculi were treated with transureteroscopic frequencydoubled double pulse laser. The effect was observed. Results The successful rate was 91.3% （21/23 ） in the proximal ureteral calculi ,98% （50/51） in the middle ureteral calculi ,97.2% （35/36） in the distal ureteral calculi and 96.3% （ 106/110 ） in all. The mean time of operation was 38 minutes. No major complications such as ureter perforation,massive haemorrhage or pyonephrosis were observed. Conclusion Frequency-doubled double pulse laser is a kind of laser with little damage to the soft tissue and high efficiency of lithotripsy. It is a single, safe, effective method for the treatment of ureteral calculi.
