补充蛋白果冻对术后患儿蛋白质代谢及伤口愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补充蛋白质对儿童术后蛋白质代谢和伤口愈合的影响。方法对手术治疗90例3—7岁患儿分为3组包伙供膳，分别供给普通膳食、高蛋白膳食和高蛋白＋蛋白果冻膳，连续3周。观察各组血清清蛋白、血红蛋白及伤口愈合情况。螭果实验组摄入蛋白质食品高于普通膳食组供给标准蛋白质35％，术后患儿的血清清蛋白和血红蛋白水平显著提高；伤口愈合率高于其他二组，但无显著差异（Pa〉0．05）。实验组体质量增长均高于其他二组（Pa〈0．05）。螭论给术后患儿补充蛋白果冻可促进肌肉蛋白质的合成，降低肌肉蛋白质的分解，促进伤口愈合，对术后机体康复有一定意义。Objective To explore the influence of protein jelly supplementation on protein metabolish and wound healing in post - operated children. Methods After operated ,90 eases of 3 -7 years old children were divided into three groups, and they were given supplemented balance diet, high protein ＋ diet and high protein plus protein jelly. The serum albumin, hemoglobin （Hb） and wound healing in 3 groups were measured after supplementation for 3 weeks. Results Compared with other 2 groups, the concentrations of serum albumin and whole blood Hb significantly increased in high protein plus protein jelly group. The rate of wound healing was obviously higher in high protein ＋ plus protein jelly group than those in other 2 groups ,but there were no significant difference（ Pa 〉 0.05 ）. And the increasing of weight in high protein ＋ plus prolein jelly group was significantly higher than those of other two groups （ Pa 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The supplementation of protein jelly can promote protein metabolism and improve wound healing in post - operated children.
