摘 要:分析了前轮驱动汽车前驱动轮在滚筒试验台上高速运动时的不稳定性,阐述了前轮驱动车辆在高速检测项目中车身横摆现象的产生机理。开发了全自动前轮驱动汽车滚筒试验台高速测试安全辅助装置,有效地保证了前轮驱动车辆在滚筒试验台上进行高速项目检测时的安全性和测试数据的准确性。通过现场对比试验,验证了前驱动轮在滚筒试验台上运动不稳定性理论分析的正确性,证明了安全辅助装置设计的有效性和可靠性。Researeh on the dynamic instability of the front-wheel-drive ears with high-speed movement on the roller bench,The paper illuminates the mechanism of the front-wheel-drive ears transverse-swing phenomenon in the high-speed detection items.The device for high-speed front-wheel-drive automobile safely and fast detecting on the roller bench has been designed based on the dynamic instability research.It can ensure that the high-speed detecting project could run safely and the detection data would be more exactly.From the field eontrastive test,the correctness on the analysis of the front-wheel-drive ears running instability on the roller bench has been proved.The valid and reliable of the safe-assistant device design has also been testified.
