摘  要:射频铁氧体环行器是移动通信的重要器件之一,在基站的发射和接收系统中起着十分关键的作用。采用三端口对称,中心导体为不规则平面六角结的设计,实现了环行器的小型化,高性能化的优点。给出了基于有限元分析方法的理论基础,设计步骤和仿真。结果完全满足设计要求和性能指标。RF ferrite circulator is one of the important devices in mobile communication. It plays an important role in the transmitter and receiver system in the base station, The miniaturization and high quality performance of the circulators are realized by using the center conductor which is three - port symmetric and with an irregular planar hexagonal junction. The theoretical analysis based on the finite element method, the design process and the simulation of the circulator are presented. Results are fully agreed with the design requirements and specifications. It verifies that the design method and finite element analyzing are instructive for the design of circulator with an irregular planar hexagonal junction.
