摘　　要：2006年无疑是中国基金最引人注目的一年,在这一年中,基金收益不断上涨,基金销售异常火爆,基金市场空前繁荣。基金业的迅速发展有其内在原因,但也有非理性的一面,这种非理性的上涨背后隐藏着深刻的危机。充分认识并及时防范其风险尤为重要。试图对当前基金市场非理性加以分析,并提出预防风险的相关制度安排。The year of 2006 would be the most impressive year of China Fund. In this year, the income of fund in-vestment inherent extremely risks of and the sales of fund are increasing greatly. The market has reached the unprecedented prosperity. There are reasons for the rapid development of the fund. But necessary to recognize the risks and prevent the fund market in a fair value and provide But there are also profound crisis under the the occurrence of the risks. This paper attem the methods to prevent the happening of the prosperity. It is pts to analyze the risks in order to make the fund market develop healthily.
