区域环境友好度评价的灰色关联投影模型及应用

摘　　要：提出环境友好度概念,根据PSR框架的逻辑基础,构建了区域环境友好度评价指标体系。基于灰色系统理论和矢量投影原理,建立了评价区域环境友好度的灰色关联投影模型。以2005年安徽省17个地区为评价实例,计算各地环境友好度并进行排序,以检验该评价方法的实用性。The paper defines a new concept of the Degree of Environmental Friendly, and based on the Pressure-State-Response model, establishes the evaluation indicator system of regional environmental friendly degree. The paper then builds a new model named Grey Relation Projection to evaluate the degree of regional Environmental friendly, based on the Grey system theory and the Vector Projection. Adopting the model of Grey Relation Projection, the paper conducts an real case to assess the environmental friendly degree about 17 cites in Anhui provision. The real case shows that the application of Grey Relation Projection model to regional environment-friendly degree evaluation results in a satisfactory and effective evaluation.
