摘 要:涂锌线管材大量用于制冷和空调设备,与镀铜线管材相比,涂锌线管材具有成本低、使用寿命长和无环境污染等特点。但是现有的涂锌工艺不仅使得表面涂层不均匀,而且能耗较高、附件损耗大。因此研究粘性流体在水平管外壁形成液膜的机理,从而指导生产,提高热涂锌产品的成品率,具有重要的意义。本文采用低雷诺数小流量模型对粘性流体在水平管外形成液膜的流速以及膜厚分布进行分析和计算。采用柱坐标,对连续方程和Navier-Stokes方程进行无量纲处理,抓住影响问题的主要方面,得到附壁膜流速和膜厚的表达式。The zinced tubes are widely used in refrigeration equipment. Comparing with the coppered tubes, the zinced tubes have some important characters, such as low cost, long life and no pollution. But now the zinced technology not only makes the coat of zinc not - uniformity but also consumes more energy. So it is very significant to study the liquid film formed of viscosity liquid outside horizontal tube. Based on the low Reynold number and small flux model, the purpose of the paper is to study the velocity and thickness of the liquid film outside the horizontal tube. According to the character of the object, dimensionless parameters are adopted to simplify the continuous e-quation and the Navier - Stokes equation in cylinder coordinates. The main part of the question is grasped and the expressions of velocity and thickness of liquid film in different boundary conditions are attained.
